With FlexiRewards, you have the flexibility to choose either a cash discount or free products. The products available under the scheme are regular use household products that you would otherwise buy on a regular basis. Opting for free products instead of cash would result in savings that are up to 3 or 4 times higher.

How does FlexiRewards scheme work?

Every time you shop at MedPlus whether in store or online, you have the option of choosing either a cash discount or FlexiRewards points which can be exchanged for free products.

For example: If you purchase medicines worth Rs.1000/-, you can opt for a cash discount of Rs 100 (Rs 150 if online) or 150 FlexiRewards Points. At the time of medicine purchase or up to 2 years after, you can exchange these points for products worth up to Rs 350.

As can be seen from the example above, opting for free products results in savings of up to 35% when compared to a cash discount of 10-15%

Can i take cash discount?

Yes you can opt for a cash discount instead at the time of medicine purchase, but you will be able to only get up to 15% savings. The points cannot be exchanged for cash once awarded.

How long are FlexiRewards points valid?

Flexi points have a validity of 2 calendar years or 24 months from the date they are awarded.

Where can I redeem FlexiRewards points?

FlexiRewards points can be redeemed at any MedPlus store or www.medplusmart.com/flexirewards or MedPlus App. You can view your point balance and history in My account section.

Other important Terms & Conditions for FlexiRewards Scheme

FlexiRewards points are awarded up on successful completion of a purchase in case of a store visit or successful delivery of the order in case online or App order FlexiRewards points can be redeemed along with the purchase for which they are awarded. This is termed Spot Redemption.

FlexiRewards points can also be redeemed at anytime up to 2 years from the date of accrual.

In case of Spot Redemption:

Upon successful completion and delivery of both the primary order and the FlexiRewards order, only a complete return of FlexiRewards products is possible in case of any issues. Partial return or exchange is not allowed Upon successful completion and delivery of both the primary order and the FlexiRewards order, both return and exchange is allowed for the primary order. However this is subject to return of all the accompanying flexi rewards products or sufficient point balance to allow for any returns.

For an online order with multiple deliveries, the FlexiRewards order is processed only upon successful delivery of the final order.

In case where the primary order is altered for any reason subsequent to confirmation, the accompanying FlexiRewards order will be cancelled and any relevant points will be added to the customer's account.
